Chef Amin Jihardi is an industry veteran of 19 years, working as both a chef de cuisine and culinary trainer. Chef Amin has been featured multiple times in the Singapore People’s Association magazine and has cooked in the Istana as well as for various state events. His cuisine is adapted from traditional Malay recipes handed down from his grandmother, a culmination of flavours and spices influenced by regional cooking in the Malay Peninsula, Singapore and Indonesia, combined with fine dining techniques. Chef Amin specialises in the regional cuisine of each Malaysian state, offering menus from the sweeter curries of Terengganu to the spicy regional flavours of Kelantan.
