Local chef Martin Wong is a graduate of Shatec and alumnus of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at Marina Bay Sands. Currently the head chef at Seah street stalwart Tess Bar and Kitchen, Martin specialises in Modern European comfort food cooked with professional flair and Asian flourishes. He constantly look out to provide a little twist to traditional Singaporean cuisines.
