Spanish Master Chocolatier Chef, he is the ultimate chocolate lover who is immensely passionate about his pastry craft and worked at the world-renowned pastry shop Paco Treblanca under the "father of modern pastry" chef Paco Torreblanca in Barcelona Joan's career as a pastry chef has taken him all over the world, from Canary Islands to Maldives, working for 5-star Hotels, Sheraton, W Hotels, before he chose to settle in Singapore with Mandarin Oriental, St Regis and more recently TWG as its head Chocolate chef. When he is not entertaining private clients, he is Group Executive Chef of Swissbake and in charge of the creative pastry vision and overseeing a large brigade of pastry chefs.
