Born and breed Singaporean, with a rich passion for food that has been nurtured from a young age. Specialises in Italian cuisine and grills. Helped to establish Mondo Mio at Robertson Quay, Belmondo Ristorante, and Hannibal Bar & Grill as head chef. A love for travel has also seen him venturing beyond Singapore shores to Osaka, Japan for overseas culinary consulting projects.
