“Old School Food served in restaurant style'' is the philosophy to Chef Firdauz's work. Being taught by multiple Executive Chefs like Chef Kentaro Torii, Chef Jeffrie Siew, Chef Christopher Millar and Chef Logan Campbell, Firdauz traveled the world at a young age of 25 and got to learn about cooking techniques in Australia, Malaysia and New Zealand. Chef Firdauz Nasir’s inspiration for cooking circulates around “Simplicity and Mouthwatering”, creating new dishes using old school techniques with fresh ingredients bought from local markets. He specializes in local food with Western cooking techniques and influences, from his many travels.
