“Old School Food served in restaurant style'' is the philosophy to Chef Firdauz's work. Being taught by multiple Executive Chefs like Chef Kentaro Torii, Chef Jeffrie Siew, Chef Christopher Millar and Chef Logan Campbell, Firdauz traveled the world at a young age of 25 and got to learn about cooking techniques in Australia, Malaysia and New Zealand. Chef Firdauz Nasir’s inspiration for cooking circulates around “Simplicity and Mouthwatering”, creating new dishes using old school techniques with fresh ingredients bought from local markets. He specializes in local food with Western cooking techniques and influences, from his many travels.

When living a busy life it is nice to have the possibility to get help hosting your birthday party. I did not need to prepare anything, Clubvivre took care of everything. My family and friends were so impressed of me making a special gathering for my birthday this year. We had a really good time and everyone was happy!

We thought of celebrating my birthday in. We got chef Firdauz for a dinner of 8 on our balcony. The chef was accommodating to all our requests, the food was nice and he even arranged a surprise cake for me! Nice touch and totally unexpected. Thanks chef!
