Graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked in some of the world’s top restaurants, such as Restaurant Lameloise (3 Michelin-stars) in France, Salt (3 Hat) in Australia and Les Amis in Singapore. Participated extensively in competitions worldwide, achieving numerous awards and press features, including 11 gold awards at the World Association of Chefs Societies and Best Chef Award of the ITA in 2013. Owner of Chef At Work, a bespoke F&B consulting and training establishment Chef Edwin specializes in Modern European cuisine, with a relentless focus on using the best ingredients to let the food speak for itself.
