Trained at California Pizza Kitchen, Privé Grill and a graduate from At-Sunrice Globalchefs Academy, Max Li’s personal cooking style is a culmination of his time spent in various establishments throughout his career and his deep love affair with Asian and European flavors. With a passion and love for food, Max Li constantly experiments in the kitchen to create new and exciting dishes. Avoiding fancy and expensive ingredients, he prefers to keep his dishes simple, redefining traditional dishes and fusing both Asian and European cuisines to form a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
