Zech Wu is a homegrown cook who has been experimenting with flavours for the past 20 years. Despite having no formal training in culinary science, Zech has a refined palate. His inspirations comes from his childhood where he watched his grandmother cook for the family. He is currently working on a book inspired by his grandmother. Zech's style of cooking fuses Thai, Indian, Indonesian and Peranakan flavors to create his own unique blend.
