Stephan Zoisl has worked at 4 different Michelin Star restaurants, has over 18 years of experience and is turning 33 this year. Growing up with a professional chef for a father immersed Stephan in the world of food and gastronomy at a young age and helped begin his foray into the culinary world the tender age of 15. Since then, Stephan has cooked in over 8 different restaurants and for several global events. His time spent on food and travel sabbaticals has augmented his exceptional palate with tastes from both rich and simple fare allowing him to turn virtually any combination of ingredients into something worthy of fine dining. Stephan specializes in modern evolutionary cooking and currently runs his own pop-up stint 'Nutopia', a chef's table that is 'an educational, social and theatrical culinary experience' in the heart of Singapore.
