Shortly after his stint as a Project Chef with renowned Peranakan Chef Violet Oon, Chef Nixon joined Shangri-La Hotel to focus his career in culinary. He quickly rose up his ranks and working by the side of various chefs from the hotel. After honing his culinary skills in sQue, Restaurant Andre, Saint Pierre and Cresendas Group, Chef Nixon currently helmed Portico and serves unpretentious comfort food to patrons who enjoy picture perfect dishes that taste complex and balance.
