John Ng grew up in a Perenakan family and started cooking rumpahs at a very young age. Following his graduation from the School of Hospitality in Culinary Skills, he made his ranges alongside acclaimed Executive Chefs but also Michelin Star Chefs in Singapore such as Zafferano Fine Italian Restaurant and Bar and Una. Chef John Ng loves to bring to the table European cuisine with a hint of Asian Flair, presenting dishes uniquely to his own.
