Chef John Ng

John Ng grew up in a Perenakan family and started cooking rumpahs at a very young age. Following his graduation from the School of Hospitality in Culinary Skills, he made his ranges alongside acclaimed Executive Chefs but also Michelin Star Chefs in Singapore such as Zafferano Fine Italian Restaurant and Bar and Una. Chef John Ng loves to bring to the table European cuisine with a hint of Asian Flair, presenting dishes uniquely to his own.

Spring Feast BBQ by Chef John Ng was a total success, my guests just loved it!

Chef John helped us out with the recent family gathering and it was one of the most nostalgic meal we have never had. The Nonya menu was authentic and comforting, packed with familiar flavours I grew up with. His food took me back to our earlier days, in the small kitchen, where mom would make us hearty dinners with recipes passed down from many generations. Thank you chef John for such a meaningful meal. We will definitely ask for your help again.
