Chef Edward Hoe is a passionate and accomplished chef with 19 years of experience in creating state of the art dishes. Being made Head Chef at the young age of 25, he had then continued to hold executive roles in kitchens of prominent F&B establishments like Fish Market & Bistro, Restaurant Ember and The American Club Singapore. It is through this many years of varied experiences where he honed and perfected his culinary skills and knowledge in Modern European cuisine. In preparation for Violet Herbs, Chef Edward challenges himself to re-invent European cuisines with the combination of varied herbs. He believes that this eclectic combination with the use of the freshest ingredients will result in innovative and delectable dishes garnished with elegance through simplicity.
