Growing up in a food-loving family, Chef Tan Guang Xiang was constantly in the kitchen, making dishes that everyone loved, before pursuing his formal chef training, working under several acclaimed Executive Chefs from Epicure, La Maison Fatien and Fern & Kiwi. Since then he has developed a diverse portfolio with unique flavors from both Eastern and Western cuisines. Upon savouring his creations, one will be intrigued by the eccentric fusion of Modern European cooking methods with a sophisticated touch of Asian ingredients.
