Growing up in a food-loving family, Chef Tan Guang Xiang was constantly in the kitchen, making dishes that everyone loved, before pursuing his formal chef training, working under several acclaimed Executive Chefs from Epicure, La Maison Fatien and Fern & Kiwi. Since then he has developed a diverse portfolio with unique flavors from both Eastern and Western cuisines. Upon savouring his creations, one will be intrigued by the eccentric fusion of Modern European cooking methods with a sophisticated touch of Asian ingredients.

Chef Tan is an inspiring young chef. Even tho he hasn't had that much experience, we were very pleased with his BBQ menu. The only dish that could have been better was the pork belly, a bit under seasoning. But the rest were quite decent.

We had chef Tan for our birthday and it went very well. He was very generous was canapes portions so our guests had plenty to eat. The canapes itself tasted great, very fresh ingredients, especially the baby squids. I'm happy that that we chose Clubvivre.

We had a 4-course menu from chef Tan and it was excellent. The foie gras was well executed, the cod was fresh and the dessert was really creative. We just wish that there was some protein in the onion soup. Apart from it, we really enjoy the time with him. Good job!
