As the former Executive chef of the popular Les Amis' chain of patisseries, Chef Pang's extensive knowledge of pastry and chocolate has allowed him to create some truly spectacular masterpieces. He has received the title of Pastry Chef of the year no less than three times at the World Gourmet Summit in 2007, 2009 and 2010. He marries traditional French techniques with modern trends and refined by long experience in his craft. His creations are unique, delectable and always a joy to eat and appreciate.
