Growing up in a family that has lived and breathed the F&B industry for four generations, Jonathan Koh's passion for food began at a young age and it came as no surprise to anyone when he declared that he would become a chef. Having dedicated the better part of his life to cooking, Jonathan has worked alongside dozens of Michelin-starred chefs all over the world. Through meticulous observation and toiling ceaselessly to better himself, Jonathan has come to respect his ingredients, or as he puts it, gifts of nature. He likens nature to an artist's masterpiece, and sees the beauty in even the simplest ingredients. While his dishes are made from basic ingredients like potatoes, leeks and tomatoes, people who have tasted his fare always comment on the thought and passion that went into the cooking and are amazed at how Jonathan can turn humble food into a gourmet meal.
