The brainchild behind the famous pop-up restaurant, Rochor Thai, is Chef Joel. He left school and decided to pursue music however, felt in love with cooking and Thai cuisine quickly. Soon after graduation from Sunrice Academy, was the born of Rochor Thai, a restaurant with Thailand's seal of approval for Thai cuisine. Following Thai's culture of communal dining, Chef Joel emphasis on heartwarming dining experience and delicious tasting traditional Thai cuisine with a twist.
