Chef Andrew Ng honed his culinary expertise in fine French and Japanese cuisine and has a passion for fusing the best of both classic cuisines in his creations. As head chef of modern European restaurant, The University Club of The Prive Group, Chef Andrew has served his signature modern fusion cuisine to important guests which includes heads of state, academics and well-heeled clientele. He also enjoys F&B consulting and has participated in the development of other Prive Group restaurants and bars including Wolf, a nose to tail concept restaurant at Club Street, and Match, a modern American restaurant and bar located in Pan Pacific Hotel.
