A phenomenal dinner from Chef Andrew. The Chef delivered an unforgettable private dining experience at my home for my family. The food was served on time and the portion size was generous. The 4 course menu was well presented and very tasty, a wonderful French styled in each dish. A small selection of beautifully and superbly presented canapés especially with smoked duck breast with mango salsa tantalized the taste buds before the meal. Followed by starter to main, and as so the French dessert were completely irresistible for the utmost in quality and freshness. We just couldn't stop eating it. Even the little ones indulged in his dishes. Most critically, the Chef proved both versatility and creative ability to achieve a deliciously taste of Norwegian Salmon because of an electrical glitch with my very old electric oven.
I’d never had a personal chef in my home before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the main gripe was I had requested something a bit more custom and special, and the team totally delivered. I was surprised how little I had to do. Aside from showing the Chef to my kitchen, he pretty much figured out everything else himself. Also Siv who had served us was helpful and responsible. He not only been carefully decorated the dining table and attentive around the dinning table, he cleaned up the kitchen superbly.
As far as I could tell, Wan Yin have made everything easy for me. I can without hesitation recommend Clubvivre for a pleasant and tasty private fine dine experience at a reasonable price.
