When he's not in the kitchen, he's off globe-trotting and drawing inspiration from the gastronomic offerings he encounters on his jaunts Passionate about Latin American cuisine and fascinated by the vibrancy and depth of Mediterranean cuisine. Currently the Executive Chef of Seasons Bistro, specializing in seasonally-changing North American cuisine and creative drinks.

I don’t know how to say thank you. Chef Benjamin & his crew were absolutely sensational. Please pass on my most sincere appreciation. Firstly, as they arrived, an enormous storm hit…and the BBQ area was completely rained out, making it impossible to use. I had not considered using our apartment, but didn’t know what else to do. I was on the verge of becoming hysterical! Chef Benjamin & his team remained completely calm, composed and professional. All the food and catering items were moved to my apartment as if by magic! The tables were set beautifully, with candles, gorgeous white roses…the presentation table was stunning. Benjamin set to work in our kitchen and balcony BBQ . He is simply amazing. The team were chatting and laughing as they prepared for the guests…setting a wonderful mood. I sat back in awe as my apartment began to resemble an elegant restaurant! The food was plentiful and delicious. An exemplary standard. I am just incredibly grateful for Chef Benjamin and his crew, who discretely performed wonders ! Our apartment & kitchen were left immaculately clean and tidy. With beautiful white roses left behind, beside candles, for us to enjoy. I recommend most highly your extraordinary service, and again, thank you! I will definitely seek the talents of Chef Benjamin & his crew again.

The dinner was very good !!!! Chef and the service staff were all wonderful ; very helpful and very professional . The food was well received ; but i think I made a mistake and probably should have selected a less ‘sweet’ dessert for the older dinner crowd this time . But all was good !!! We booked Clubvivre for a reunion dinner at home last weekend and are happy that we chose Clubvivre over delivery food. Chef Bejamin has great humour and we really enjoyed hearing him making joke about his own dishes. Needless to say, his food was excellent and we cleared out everything he made. If we have a chance, definitely we will have Clubvivre again.

Not many chefs can do fusion well, indeed, many of them would create "confusion" over their dishes. But it was not the case with chef Benjamin. We chose his menu "East vs West" out of curiosity for the dinner and it was fantastic. Two very contrasting cuisines were well married under his hand. It was a great dinner and we hope to see more of chef Bejamin.

Clubvivre's concept is very unique, at the same time, useful. Now, I can host dinners at home at ease and even get tipsy with our guests. The best part? No cleaning afterward! Kitchen and dining room are all spotless no matter what kind of food we have had before. I would recommend Clubvivre for everyone!

We had chef Benjamin for the first time last week and are very pleased with his food. His menu was creative, pairing different ingredients well together. The only thing missing was a nice bottle of wine. Maybe next time, Clubvivre can suggest wine pairing for us? Overall, we are happy with the service.

Our group of friends had a 1920's party and booked chef Benjamin for the night. To be honest, we didn't expect much at first, but then, we were all blown away with his food. The menu was named "Great Gatsby Feast", which was truly a feast. It would have been so much if he had dressed up like Gatsby.
