Chau Piff is a second generation chef that grew up through helping her Mum running a number of restaurants and catering business in Vietnam. Her culinary experiences started with her Grandmother at the age 8. Through helping out with the preparation of dishes for her family, Chau learns the different flavours of Vietnam with the use of fresh local produce and spices. Over time, her traditional Vietnamese home cook recipes have evolved to a taste that is uniquely her own. Before moving to Singapore in 2005, she worked in a couple of catering establishment in Vietnam, further honing her culinary skills, under the watchful eyes of her head chefs. Currently, Chau provides Vietnamese catering services and home cooking classes. Rich and vibrant in colours, Chau’s dishes are also designed to be healthy for diet conscious diners.
