Inspired by his Malaysian grandmother, Chef Jemmy started cooking food that he likes to eat and over time, has developed a passion for cooking for other people. Later in his career, Chef Jemmy was recruited as the head chef of the Singapore flavoured Nam Nam restaurant in Copenhagen. His signature grilled and steamed sotong in spicy kicap manis sauce with sambal blew away the owners. This Peranakan chef has then brought his own inspired version of local fare as he heads up the Asian kitchen.
