Chef Aaron Tan is the Senior Sous Chef of Fairmont Singapore. He is in charge of an outlet called Asian Market Café, a group of 21 staff and oversees the arranging of manpower, managing daily operations, production suppliers, logistics, ordering plans, attending to request of guests, planning menus, cost and quotation and ensuring the quality of food. Chef Aaron has also been actively participating in culinary competitions and has won the preliminary round of the Conrad Centennial, Hilton group semi-finals, and was the first runner up of the Culinary Cup category in Hilton Worldwide South East Asia F&B Master to name a few. He was also won the world Championship Chef Shanghai Team Silver and represented Society of Chinese Cuisine Chefs for a worldwide competition at World Famous Chinese Cuisine Chef Exchange Association in Shanghai (As a team leader).
