Chef Federico Pinzi

Born-and-bred Tuscan Chef, this chemist and food scientist, traveled the world to seek inspiration and reinterpret his love for Italy’s culinary traditions. Worked in award-winning Grossi Florenti in Australia, before descending to our shores as private Italian chef. Chef Federico specializes in any Italian Cuisine, with a distinct modern touch, and a passion for his home-region of Tuscany.

Thank you for the fantastic arrangements and the guests were very satisfied with the food and services. They had a great dinner. Chef Federico and crew did a great job and the guests were very pleased and delighted especially when Chef Feberico introducing his dishes! Chef Frederico performed admirably, he spent just enough time with everyone here and explained the dishes with finesse & pure passion. The BBQ Grill was fired up for the first time since 2011, so we weren’t sure if it worked but it did! There were so many great servings, we loved the Prosecco Pears, Cheese table, amazing burgers!!, mango chutney chicken to name a few my guests took multiple helpings till there we none left. Overall a very professional service and lovely evening under the stars with Chef Frederico telling us his storied hometown in Italy. Well Done!

I was very happy to find Clubvivre, whom has helped me put together a fantastic party, through a few phone calls and emails when I was on the road. I have a global job, so a good portion of my time is out of Singapore. As you could imagine, it was near impossible to cater our own party if I am home only a day before the party. I picked Chef Federico to cater for our party. And the menu we chose was BBQ. We and our guests were very impressed with Chef Federico's artistic flair in putting out a beautiful and delicious spread of starters. Also, the BBQ was nicely presented, using wooden board and salad. The food was amazingly delicious. And I have to mention the 'Amazing Tiramisu' that Chef Federico added into our menu. It was the most delicious and beautiful tiramisu we have ever had. Chef Federico's little touch and detail to the food preparation and presentation was just right for the occasion and the ambience. We and our guests totally enjoyed the party. And if need to, we will definitely enlist the help of Clubvivre and Chef Federico again.

I had the pleasure of hosting my colleagues to dinner, and decided on using your catering services for the evening. It helped that the lovely setting of soft sunlight drifting into the clubhouse patio and green ambience of the dinner area ensured what was to be the start of a wonderful evening filled with fine food and merriment. And then the food… from the divine starters of aromatic cheeses, delicious breads drizzled with the tastiest Tuscan olive oil leading to a hearty lasagna and finished off with an almost heavenly eggless tiramisu not only tempted the palate but satisfied every sensual favour of the tongue. Chef Frederico was constantly at hand to oversee that things went to plan and perfection, impressed with some skills with the blowtorch in melting exotic cheese onto bread and provided interesting anecdotes of the various foods and tastes along the way. The presentation was flawless and the tastes impeccable. It all led to a super evening of fun, food and feasting. Overall it was a wonderful dinner. Kudos to the chef and caterers who did a great job (and managed to look smart on the job while being accommodating to our requests) and everyone involved in making the dinner such a success. I certainly hope to use your services for the future. Well done!

I would like to thank you and Clubvivre for the wonderful reception we had for my husband's 40th. Chef Federico was great and we all thoroughly enjoyed his cuisine. We were also very impressed with how well organised the team functioned, my kitchen was properly cleaned up and it was an absolute pleasure to fine dine in the comfort of our home. My guests were very happy and my husband was delighted, we couldn't ask for a better evening.

If you get a chance to try Chef Federico’s Tiramisu – TAKE IT! I gathered my Italian friends in town and had a really nice Italian evening. Chef Federico was really nice to have in our home and he plated the buffet on his olive wood platters, which looked great. He even brought his own Olive oil from his parents’ farm. Thanks Federico, now I really miss my hometown in Sicily!
