Dinner last week with Clubvivre was absolutely amazing. Being a Vietnamese living abroad myself, I was quite skeptical about the proposed authentic Vietnamese menu (Don't take me wrong. I have had a few bad experiences with claimed-to-be-authentic-Vietnamese-restaurants-abroad before). But the chef proved me wrong. The 3-course menu she prepared was high-class quality, and at the same time, made me feel like at home. Thank you Clubvivre for giving me the taste of home in Singapore.

It was a treat having chef Rinat at our party and your waitresses, they were all so nice, smiling and helpful. The food was fantastic, and the waitresses had full attention on the guests all the time, I am super impressed and its the first party I throw without having to run around worrying about anything. Globally the evening was nice and we have a great time with my wife. However, I will have few comments related to the chef and the menu itself. - Chef, very friendly and chill out person, we even had the right to practice our skills by preparing ourself some spring-roll which was a nice experience for us - Food portion was big and we have kept some for yesterday dinner as we were too full, especially the "petit Tiramisu" which was huge to finish our dinner - Food wise, quality was good but we have 2 comments: The prawns were overcooked (we can see that directly when the shell has been removed The meat (beef and lamb) was served without any sides and it's not really common for us to eat meat only without veggies, or other kind of food. - Another point we have noticed from the chef was his organization, the smell of the meat was everywhere in the house, and there were splash of the food a bit everywhere in the kitchen. (we know that we have to clean everything after the dinner it's not what we want to highlight, but more the fact that compared to my previous experience the other chef was more tidy).

Chef Rinat was 40mins late for the event setup yesterday and the winner's family was quite upset. But beyond this point, the family had a wonderful breakfast feast. They commented that Chef Rinat was very friendly and thoughtful, and also gave them lots of tips and advice on cooking.

We had such a fabulous time! My husband was very surprised, was nice to see his jaw drop when he saw a professional Chef in our kitchen:) Chef Rinat was friendly and his food was great! I loved that everything was fresh and made from scratch. Particularly his Burrata and Ravioli! The Ravioli was thin and some of the best of I have had in Singapore. He was thoughtful and very well prepared. He brought us some of his yummy homemade Pomegranate Vodka and different pasta sauces for us to choose from. Thank you for being delight to work with. You guys have been flexible, extremely responsive. Thank you for making our evening extra special!

The BBQ was great. Chef Rinat did a fantastic job! The meat was brilliantly done! He brought some great flavour and personal touch from his hometown and we all loved it! All my guest were amazed by the food and asked me for the details! The fruit was cut and presented nicely. I will definitely have Chef Rinat over again when I have the BBQ party next time!

We had Rinat over for our Christmas dinner. My wife is Russian and our friends were interested to try. The food was excellent and according to my wife very authentic. Apparently the chef brings in many of ingredients himself when they’re not available in the market. Rinat is an energetic, friendly and informal chef, who knows how to tell a story. We enjoyed the experience and will definitely have him over again.

Choose Rinat Valiev and his Ottoman Feast menu. Perfect mix for meat-lovers and vegetarians. It is so hard to find a good combination of these two in Singapore. I loved the Schnapps in the end!!
