Having worked in various restaurants and been involved in planning of recipes and menus for a number of restaurants and F&B events, he is confident that his palate and skills are up to par for advancement in his career. Jack Peh believes that there is no right or wrong when it comes to cooking, merely whether the application and execution of flavours can come together in harmony.

Chef Jack and his team were really good and would absolutely recommend them to others. He was well prepared, calm under pressure and difficult circumstances as it was really wet during the preparation time. The dishes were in plenty supply and tasted very good indeed. The beef and chicken were my highlight. I liked the fact he always had a smile on his face. I wish Chef Jack all the best for the future.
