The service was on point, all the servers were aware of the menu details. Food was served promptly and plating was also neat. The mango puree and pomelo combination with lychee pops was so delicious it didn't even need the vanilla ice cream for the extra oomph. Kudos to the complementary braised pork. It was delicious and would go very well with rice. Wish I had more stomach space to eat more of that. All in all, a very good dining experience and we look forward to having more restaurant style meals at home.

I invited Eric to prepare Asian food for a casual night in with some close friends. One of them just got a promotion and thought it would be a nice surprise to something different for once. I wasn’t sure what to expect.. Eric’s choice of dishes were simpe, yet he blew us away with the powerful flavors! I just don’t know how he did it. Especially the Teochew Zha Jiang Man with Black Olive Minced Pork and the Braised Mee Pok with XO sauce and pan fried salmon, were just amazing. Memorable night!!

Eric’s style of cooking is gourmet yet really comforting in his use of familiar ingredients. Who needs a big night out when you can have someone like Eric right at home! After tasting his cooking I immediately asked if he catered for large groups, in the hopes of using him for a special occasion down the road. Would highly recommend him to anyone, whether it be for an intimate occasion or group setting. His demeanor is very friendly and he accommodated our dietary needs. Thank you Eric!

Fantastic Thai cooking classes! Eric was a great teacher for Thai favorites - coconut soup, pad thai and chicken with green curry sauce. We would love him to come back anytime!

I wanted to do something fun with my colleagues so I took the initiative to invite them to my place. Clubvivre customer service manager suggested an interesting wine pairing to the modern Asian food Chef Eric prepared for us. We really enjoyed dining at home, no need to care about time and we could play our own music. I think we found how to arrange our monthly gathering!

Our house warming party was delivered by Clubvivre and they did an amazing job. The canapés menu was well-constructed, European cuisine, infused with homey Asian ingredients. Chef Eric executed the menu with high accuracy . Your staff were exceptionally good. Our dinning table broke right before the day, but the staff came up with a great substitute. We highly recommend.

It was fantastic - we had a great time and Chef Eric and the team were great throughout. Food was terrific and nostalgic given the theme of pre-National Day celebration - even the table arrangements reflected the theme =). Chef Eric also spent some time with us to explain the dishes, and also at the end of the meal to chat with us about our favourite foods. Kudos especially to the service team for the great service and attentiveness to the kids meal! I think that your service is the best thing ever for home parties, and I can't wait for another opportunity to do this again with a different menu!

I engaged Chef Eric Low for my father's 90th birthday celebration and he showcased classic Teochew dishes to great perfection. Our family, young and old, enjoyed all the dishes and the service staff ensured that we didn't have to worry at all through out the entire night. Besides being a skilled and competent chef, he displays a cheerful, happy and pleasant personality. Not only did my husband and I enjoy the meal, we had a good chat with Eric who regaled us with stories of his extensive experiences and travels around the world. It was a culinary experience to remember, especially with his concern that we may get hungry with no carbs in the menu and so went on to make an additional dish of pasta! Such is the X-factor that makes one stand out among others.
