Globally the evening was nice and we have a great time with my wife.
However, I will have few comments related to the chef and the menu itself.
- Chef, very friendly and chill out person, we even had the right to practice our skills by preparing ourself some spring-roll which was a nice experience for us
- Food portion was big and we have kept some for yesterday dinner as we were too full, especially the "petit Tiramisu" which was huge to finish our dinner
- Food wise, quality was good but we have 2 comments:
The prawns were overcooked (we can see that directly when the shell has been removed
The meat (beef and lamb) was served without any sides and it's not really common for us to eat meat only without veggies, or other kind of food.
- Another point we have noticed from the chef was his organization, the smell of the meat was everywhere in the house, and there were splash of the food a bit everywhere in the kitchen.
(we know that we have to clean everything after the dinner it's not what we want to highlight, but more the fact that compared to my previous experience the other chef was more tidy).
