We invited Rinat to grill at our team building in April 2015, we were 16 of us. He prepared a 12 item spread of shashlik, smoked meats, his signature cheeses (hatchapouri is to die for), vegetables and salads, rice.. We had more food than we could eat. During the entire BBQ he was good natured, often walking around with his food platters of fresh grills, enthusiastically speaking about his childhood on the farm in Uzbekistan. At the end of the evening, he prepared some surprise vodka shots for us, they were all flavored and were a big hit with our management and the ladies among us. A true food ambassador.
